ACLS / Cancellation Policy

GMS reserves the right to cancel a workshop and refund registration fees due to insufficient registration or other circumstances beyond our control.

Participant requests for transfers, cancellations, or refunds must be made in writing to Global Medical Services prior to the start of the program. Written notification may be sent via fax or e-mail.

Cancellations:

  • If notice of cancellation is given 14 days prior to the start of the course, the participant will receive a full refund minus a 25% administration fee.
  • If notice of cancellation is given less than 14 days prior to the start of the course the entire tuition or workshop fee will not be refunded.
Transfers:
  • If notice of transfer is given 30 days prior to the start of the course transfer fees will not be charged.
  • If notice of transfer is given less than 30 days prior to the start of the course a transfer fee of 15% of the total fees will be applicable.
  • If notice of transfer is given less than 14 days prior to the start of the course a transfer fee of 25% of the total fees will be applicable.
  • Transfer fees are applicable for each transfer.
Books:
  • All book sales are final.
